Back-end Maintenance. Except for Emergency Maintenance, cBEYONData will provide at least two (2) days’ advance notice to Customer prior to engaging in any back-end maintenance in connection with the cBEYONData Software that may reasonably be expected to result in Unavailability (“Scheduled Maintenance”). cBEYONData will use commercially reasonable efforts to perform the Scheduled Maintenance between the hours of 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, Eastern Time.
