Common use of B-2 Clause in Contracts

B-2. All grievances presented at Step One must set forth in writing: the facts giving rise to the grievance; the specific provision(s) of the Agreement alleged to have been violated; the name of the aggrieved Support Staff Employee; and the specific remedy sought. All grievances at Step One must be signed and dated by the aggrieved Support Staff Employee and the designee of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County Support Staff Organization. Within ten (10) days after receiving the grievance, the immediate supervisor shall contact the grievant to schedule a date and time to hear the grievance.
