AWS Assistance Sample Clauses

The AWS Assistance clause outlines the obligations and scope of support that Amazon Web Services (AWS) will provide to the customer. Typically, this clause details the types of technical or operational help available, such as troubleshooting, guidance on service usage, or escalation procedures, and may specify response times or support tiers. Its core function is to set clear expectations for the level and nature of assistance customers can rely on, thereby reducing uncertainty and ensuring that users know how to access help when needed.
AWS Assistance. To enable Customer to notify a Security Incident to supervisory authorities or data subjects (as applicable), AWS will cooperate with and assist Customer by including in the notification under Section 9.1(a) such information about the Security Incident as AWS is able to disclose to Customer, taking into account the nature of the processing, the information available to AWS, and any restrictions on disclosing the information, such as confidentiality. Taking into account the nature of the processing, Customer agrees that it is best able to determine the likely consequences of a Security Incident.
AWS Assistance. To assist Customer in relation to any personal data breach notifications Customer is required to make under the GDPR, AWS will include in the notification under section 9.1(a) such information about the Security Incident as AWS is reasonably able to disclose to Customer, taking into account the nature of the Services, the information available to AWS, and any restrictions on disclosing the information, such as confidentiality.
