Award Types. The Plan permits the grant of Incentive Stock Options (“ISO”) to any ISO Employee and the grant of Nonstatutory Stock Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, and Performance Awards to any Service Provider.
Award Types. This Restricted Stock Unit award is comprised of the following numbers of the following types of RSUs, each of which is described below: Time-Vesting RSUs TOTAL_SHARES_GRANTED One-Year Performance-Vesting RSUs 0 Three-Year Performance-Vesting RSUs 0 If the target number of RSUs granted to you pursuant to a particular type of award is zero, you have not been granted any RSUs of such type and the provisions set forth below describing such type of RSUs will not apply to this Restricted Stock Unit award made to you.
Award Types. The Administrator, on behalf of the Company, is authorized under this Plan to grant, award and enter into the following arrangements or benefits under the Plan provided that their terms and conditions are not inconsistent with the provisions of the Plan: Stock Options, Stock Appreciation Rights, Restricted Stock, Restricted Stock Units, and Other Stock-Based Awards. The Administrator, in its discretion, may determine that any Award granted hereunder shall be a performance Award the grant, issuance, retention, vesting and/or settlement of which is subject to satisfaction of one or more of the Qualifying Performance Criteria specified in Section 8(e).
