Common use of Award Summary Clause in Contracts

Award Summary. As of the vesting date(s) indicated below (each a “Vesting Date”), Employee shall become entitled to a number of shares of Common Stock equal to the “Vest Quantity” shown below (subject to applicable tax withholding as described in Paragraph 10 below). Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of a Change in Control, any outstanding RSUs (and any dividend equivalents with respect thereto) shall be treated pursuant to the terms of the Plan. Upon payment pursuant to the terms of the Plan or this Agreement, such awards shall be cancelled.
