Common use of Aviation Clause in Contracts

Aviation. Aviation resources for both agencies will be made available for fire suppression on a case by case basis determined by agency Duty Officers. Fire aviation resources for initial attack shall be requested through Great Falls Interagency Dispatch for fires burning on USFS lands. For fires burning on private and state lands in Chouteau County the request shall go to Lewistown Interagency Dispatch Center.
