Average Weekly Hours. Full-time employees are expected to work an average of thirty-five (35) hours per week over a four (4) month period. Where an employee commonly works more than thirty-five (35) hours per week, s/he will report the situation to the Law Society. If the situation is expected to continue then either the Law Society shall adjust the workload to allow the employee to maintain an average of thirty five (35) hours per week or a mutually agreed alternative shall be developed to provide time- off (at straight time) in recognition of the situation.

Average Weekly Hours. 19.1 The average weekly hours will be an average of 48 hours per week and shall be worked at mutually agreed times, Monday to Friday.   • Shift Hours All shifts assigned by the Employer must conform with the following guidelines: (a) Four (4) hour shifts will be the minimum shift permitted in any one (1) day. (b) Shifts of 4, 6 or 8 hours may be assigned, subject to the provisions of Article 9.05.

  • Minimum Hours All employees shall be paid their regular hourly rate for each hour worked except where employed for less than four (4) consecutive hours per day, in which event they shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay. An employee who is called for work and upon reporting finds that his or her services are not required shall receive two (2) hours pay.

  • Number of Hours enter the total number of hours worked during the report period by the Employees in the employment category. Amount Payable under the Contract: enter the total amount paid by the State to the State Contractor under the Contract, for work by the Employees in the employment category, for services provided during the report period.
