Average Speed of Answer Commitment Clause Samples

The Average Speed of Answer Commitment clause sets a standard for the maximum average time within which customer service calls must be answered by a service provider. Typically, this clause requires the provider to ensure that calls are picked up within a specified number of seconds or minutes, measured over a defined reporting period such as a month. By establishing this benchmark, the clause helps maintain a consistent level of responsiveness, ensuring customers do not experience excessive wait times and improving overall service quality.
