AVERAGE NET ASSETS. The term "average net assets" of a Fund or class as used herein for any period shall mean the quotient produced by dividing (i) the sum of the net assets of the Fund or class (computed in the manner set forth in the Fund's most recent Prospectus and Statement of Additional Information) determined as of the close of business on each business day throughout the month, by (ii) the number of such days.
