Common use of Average Annual Bonus Clause in Contracts

Average Annual Bonus. “Average Annual Bonus” shall mean the average of Executive’s three annual Performance Bonuses earned in the three fiscal years prior to the fiscal year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

Average Annual Bonus. “Average Annual Bonus” shall mean the average of Executive’s three annual cash bonuses (referred to as the iComp Performance Bonuses Bonus) earned in the three fiscal years prior to the fiscal year in which the Date of Termination occurs.

Average Annual Bonus. “Average Annual Bonus” shall mean " means the average of Executive’s three the annual Performance Bonuses earned in bonus paid to the Executive during the three fiscal completed calendar years prior preceding the year of calculation or, if the Executive has been employed by the Company for less than three complete calendar years, the average of the annual bonus paid to the fiscal Executive during each completed calendar year in which preceding the Date year of Termination occurscalculation.
