Availability Zones. The Cloud Services are deployed and configured in a load balanced active/active/active design and are deployed across at least three AWS Availability Zones (“AZs”) within a single region to provide high availability and performance of the Cloud Services. The Cloud Services are physically separated from Genesys’ corporate network environment so that a disruption event involving the corporate environment does not impact the availability of the Cloud Services.
