Common use of Availability of Utilities Clause in Contracts

Availability of Utilities. That all utility services necessary for the construction of the Improvements and the operation thereof for their intended purposes are available at the boundaries of the Land, including, but not limited to, water supply, storm and sanitary sewer, gas, electric and telephone facilities.

Availability of Utilities. Availability of Utilities. That all utility services necessary for the construction of the Improvements and the operation thereof for their intended purposes on any Land Under Development are or will be available at the boundaries of the Land, including, but not limited to, including water supply, storm and sanitary sewersewer facilities, gaselectric, electric and telephone facilities, cable television, and trash/dumpster services (“Utilities”) at the time of a funding request.

That all All utility services and facilities necessary for the construction operation of the Improvements and the operation thereof for their intended purposes use without impediment or delay (including, without limitation, gas, electrical, water and sewage services and facilities) are available at the boundaries of the Land, including, but not limited to, water supply, storm and sanitary sewer, gas, electric and telephone facilities.
