Availability of Reports. The Monthly Reports, Distribution Reports, any notices or communications required to be delivered to the Holders in accordance with this Indenture (including, without limitation, copies of the notifications from the Retention Provider as described in Section 10.7(a)(xxxii) hereof) or additional information that the Retention Provider may from time to time be requested to provide by the Affected Investors and copies of all Transaction Documents shall be made available to the Persons entitled to such reports via the Trustee's website. The Trustee's website shall initially be located at the following address: wxx.xxxxxxx.xxx. The Trustee may change the way such statements are distributed. As a condition to access to the Trustee's internet website, the Trustee may require registration and the acceptance of a disclaimer. The Trustee shall not be liable for the information it is directed or required to disseminate in accordance with this Indenture. The Trustee shall be entitled to rely on but shall not be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information provided in the information set forth in the Monthly Report and the Distribution Report and may affix thereto any disclaimer it deems appropriate in its reasonable discretion. Upon written request of any Holder, the Trustee shall also provide such Holder copies of reports produced pursuant to this Indenture and the Collateral Management Agreement.

As promptly as possible following the delivery of each Monthly Report and Distribution Report to the Trustee pursuant to Section 10.7(a) or (b), as applicable, the Trustee on behalf of the Issuer shall make available on the Trustee’s internet website such report to be delivered to Intex Solutions, Inc.
