Availability of Facility. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the facility is available from the date hereof to the Facility Termination Date, and the Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow at any time prior to the Facility Termination Date. The Commitments shall expire on the Facility Termination Date.
Availability of Facility. No Lender shall be permitted or required to make (i) any Loan if, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate outstanding principal amount of all Loans of all Lenders would exceed the Commitment Amount, or (ii) any Loan if, after giving effect thereto, the aggregate amount of all Loans of such Lender would exceed the Lender’s Percentage of the Commitment Amount.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, from and including the date hereof to, but not including the Facility Termination Date the Borrower may borrow, repay and reborrow Advances hereunder. All outstanding Loans and Advances and all other unpaid Obligations shall be due and payable in full by the Borrower on the Facility Termination Date.
