Availability of Processing Service Sample Clauses

Availability of Processing Service. Solutions shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain its Processing Services in operation at all times (twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week and three hundred and sixty-five (365) days per year); provided, however, that Solutions shall have no liability whatsoever for its failure to do so where such failure results from a cause delineated in Section 12 hereof, and in all other circumstances, Solutions' liability shall be limited as specified in Section 10 hereof.
