Common use of Availability of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Availability of Personnel. The Subadvisor at its expense will make available to the Directors and Advisor at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, in order to review the Fund's investment policies and to consult with the Directors and Advisor regarding the Fund's investment affairs, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the Subadvisor's duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor relating to the investment strategies it employs.

Availability of Personnel. The Subadvisor Subadviser, at its expense expense, will make available to the Directors Trustees and Advisor the Manager at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, personnel in order to review the Fund's investment policies of the Portfolios and to consult with the Directors Trustees and Advisor the Manager regarding the Fund's investment affairsaffairs of the Portfolios, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the Subadvisor's Subadviser’s duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor Manager relating to the investment portfolio strategies it employs.

The Subadvisor Sub-adviser, at its expense expense, will make available to the Directors Trustees and Advisor the Adviser at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, personnel in order to review the Fund's investment policies of the Fund and to consult with the Directors Trustees and Advisor the Adviser regarding the investment affairs of the Fund's investment affairs, including economic, statistical statistical, and investment matters relevant to the SubadvisorSub-adviser's duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor Trustees and the Adviser relating to the investment portfolio strategies it employs.

The Subadvisor Sub-Adviser, at its expense expense, will make available to the Directors Board and Advisor the Adviser at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, personnel in order to review the Fund's investment policies of the Fund and to consult with the Directors Board and Advisor the Adviser regarding the investment affairs of the Fund's investment affairs, including economic, statistical statistical, and investment matters relevant to the Subadvisor's Sub-Adviser’s duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor Board and the Adviser relating to the investment portfolio strategies it employs.

Availability of Personnel. The Subadvisor Subadviser at its expense will make available to the Directors Trustees and Advisor Adviser at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, person or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor Adviser and the SubadvisorSubadviser, by telephone, in order to review the Fund's investment policies and to consult with the Directors Trustees and Advisor Adviser regarding the Fund's investment affairs, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the SubadvisorSubadviser's duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor Adviser relating to the investment strategies it employs.

The Subadvisor at its expense will make available to the Directors and Advisor at reasonable times times, its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, in order to review the FundPortfolio's investment policies and to consult with the Directors and Advisor regarding the FundPortfolio's investment affairs, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the Subadvisor's duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor relating to the investment strategies it employs.

The Subadvisor Sub-adviser, at its expense expense, will make available to the Directors Trustees and Advisor the Adviser at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, personnel in order to review the Fund's investment policies of each such Fund and to consult with the Directors Trustees and Advisor the Adviser regarding the investment affairs of each such Fund's investment affairs, including economic, statistical statistical, and investment matters relevant to the SubadvisorSub-adviser's duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor Trustees and the Adviser relating to the investment portfolio strategies it employs.

The Subadvisor Subadviser at its expense will make available to the Directors Trustees and Advisor Manager at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, personnel in order to review the Fund's investment policies of the Portfolios and to consult with the Directors Trustees and Advisor Manager regarding the Fund's investment affairsaffairs of the Portfolios, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the Subadvisor's Subadviser’s duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor Manager relating to the investment portfolio strategies it employs.

The Subadvisor at its expense will make available to the Directors and Advisor at reasonable times its portfolio managers and other appropriate personnel, either in person, or, at the mutual convenience of the Advisor and the Subadvisor, by telephone, in order to review the Fund's investment policies of the Fund, as appropriate, and to consult with the Directors and Advisor regarding the investment affairs of the Fund's investment affairs, including economic, statistical and investment matters relevant to the Subadvisor's duties hereunder, and will provide periodic reports to the Advisor relating to the investment strategies it employs.
