Availability of Data. The City will make available to the Union such non-confidential information pertaining to employment relations as is permitted under the law. Upon the Union’s request, the City agrees to provide the Union a list of dues-paying and AFSCME unit members. Per Labor code section 1198.5, employees have access to their personnel files.
