Common use of Availability Notification Clause in Contracts

Availability Notification. Unless otherwise specified, BellSouth will respond to an application within ten (10) calendar days as to whether space is available or not available within a BellSouth Remote Site Location. This interval excludes National Holidays. If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify BTC of the amount of space that is available. 2.2.1 BellSouth will respond to a Florida Application within fifteen (15) calendar days as to whether space is available or not available within a BellSouth Remote Site Location. If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify BTC of the amount that is available. 2.2.2 BellSouth will respond to a Louisiana Application within ten (10) calendar days for space availability for one (1) to ten (10) Applications; fifteen (15) calendar days for eleven (11) to twenty (20) Applications; and for more than twenty (20) Applications, it is increased by five (5) calendar days for every five additional Applications received within five (5) business days. If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify BTC of the amount of space that is available. 2.2.3 BellSouth will respond to a Mississippi Application within ten (10) business days as to whether space is available or not available within a BellSouth Premises. If the amount of space requested is not available, BellSouth will notify BTC of the amount of space that is available.
