Availability for Service. Adjunct professors must be available for service at the University during the term of their employment. Adjunct Professors are eligible to apply for unemployment on the last day of classes in the fall semester and the last day of exams in the spring semester.

Lessee agrees to make the Equipment available at an Authorized Maintenance Facility, or another point Lessor indicates in writing, for inspection, preventative maintenance or repair at least once every 60 days or such other period as Lessor may require and communicate to Lessee in writing. Lessor shall have a reasonable period of time to complete any required maintenance and servicing.
