Availability for Interview Clause Samples
The 'Availability for Interview' clause establishes the requirement for a party, typically a candidate or employee, to be accessible for interviews as part of a selection or evaluation process. It may specify timeframes, methods of communication, or expectations regarding scheduling and responsiveness, such as being reachable during business hours or providing advance notice of unavailability. This clause ensures that the interview process proceeds efficiently and without unnecessary delays, helping both parties coordinate effectively and avoid misunderstandings about participation.
Availability for Interview. The Authorized User will provide timeframes to the Contractor for Candidate interviews.
1. The Contractor shall make all reasonable efforts to accommodate the interview schedule of the Authorized User.
2. As denoted in Section 6.2.3, an Authorized User may request to conduct an interview via the Contractor’s webcasting technology. The Contractor shall ensure the proposed Candidate is able to conduct an interview via webcasting.
3. The State reserves the right to conduct in-person or telephone interviews at no cost to the State.
