Common use of Autonomy Clause in Contracts

Autonomy. 6.1 The Physician will provide the Services under this Contract in accordance with applicable standards of law, professional ethics and medical practice and any Agency policies, by- laws, rules, and regulations that are not inconsistent with or represent a material change to the terms of this Contract. 6.2 Subject to clause 6.1, the Physician is entitled to professional autonomy in the provision of the Services.
