Common use of Autonomy Clause in Contracts

Autonomy. 6.1 The Physician will provide the Services under this Contract in accordance with applicable standards of law, professional ethics and medical practice and any Agency policies, by- laws, rules, and regulations that are not inconsistent with or represent a material change to the terms of this Contract. 6.2 Subject to clause 6.1, the Physician is entitled to professional autonomy in the provision of the Services.

Autonomy. 6.1 The 7.1 Each Physician will provide the Services under this Contract in accordance with applicable standards of law, professional ethics and medical practice and any Agency policies, by- laws, rules, and regulations that are not inconsistent with or represent a material change to the terms of this Contract. 6.2 7.2 Subject to clause 6.17.1, the each Physician is entitled to professional autonomy in the provision of the Services.

Autonomy. 6.1 (a) The Physician will provide the Services services under this Contract Salary Agreement in accordance with applicable standards of law, professional ethics and medical practice and any Agency policies, by- laws, rules, by-laws or rules and regulations that are not inconsistent with or with, and do not represent a material change to to, the terms of this ContractSalary Agreement. 6.2 (b) Subject to clause 6.1section (5)(a), the Physician is entitled to professional autonomy in the provision of the Servicesservices covered by this Salary Agreement.
