Common use of Automatic Waivers Clause in Contracts

Automatic Waivers. The District shall grant automatic waivers that are necessary or appropriate when a policy by its express terms does not apply to a charter school or the District, through the Contract, has delegated this authority to the School. Such automatic waivers from District policy are subject to compliance with all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
