Common use of Automatic Test Equipment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Test Equipment. The Government will provide all necessary test equipment to test the LRUs and LCUs. The Government has certified the LCU and associated equipment ATEs, along with test program sets for use. The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining and calibrating the necessary test capability including ATE, associated interface cables, test tools and calibration tools. Changes to certified ATE shall be submitted to the Government for approval and certification.
