Automatic Suspension. Customer will have thirty days to pay Google delinquent Fees. If Customer does not pay Google delinquent Fees within thirty days, Google will automatically suspend Customer’s use of the Services. The duration of this suspension will be until Customer pays Google all outstanding Fees.
Automatic Suspension. Upon the occurrence of any of the following events, each of which shall constitute a ground for termination for cause, then, without further action by either party, the provisions of Sections 1 of this Agreement shall be immediately suspended pending cure or termination in accordance with subparagraph b of this Section 6.2:
Automatic Suspension. This Agreement shall be immediately terminated, without further action by either Party, upon the occurrence of any of the following events, and Health Care Provider shall immediately cease use of the Platform:

Automatic Suspension. A Participant's Participant Elected Contributions will be automatically suspended during any unpaid leave of absence (including military leave other than a training period not exceeding fifteen (15) days) or temporary layoff. Contributions suspended pursuant to this Section 7.2 by reason of such unpaid leave of absence or layoff, shall be automatically resumed, without the necessity of any action by the Participant, upon his return to employment at the expiration of such suspension period.
Automatic Suspension. Customer will have thirty days to pay Del Systems delinquent Fees. If Customer does not pay Del Systems delinquent Fees within thirty days, Del Systems will automatically suspend Customer’s use of the Services. The duration of this suspension will be until Customer pays Del Systems all outstanding Fees.
Automatic Suspension. The following conduct will result in an automatic suspension of Agency participation:
Automatic Suspension. This Agreement shall be immediately terminated in accordance with paragraph (b) of this Section 4.2, without further action by either party, upon the occurrence of any of the following events, each of which shall constitute a ground for termination for cause:
Automatic Suspension. If the CUSTOMER does not pay INNOQUANT the fees pending payment within 30 days from its due date, INNOQUANT may automatically suspend the use of the Services by the CUSTOMER until the CUSTOMER pays the remaining amount.

Upon the occurrence of any of the following events, each of which shall constitute a ground for termination for cause, then, without further action by either party, the provisions of Sections 1 of this Agreement shall be immediately suspended pending cure or termination in accordance with subparagraph b of this Section 3.2: If Backup is licensed to Practitioner law in any state or Backup’s license to Practitioner law in any state or territory of the United States is forfeited or restricted in any way; Backup’s registration to Practitioner before the USPTO is forfeited or restricted in any way; Backup fails to comply with any requirement under Section 2.1; Backup is convicted upon trial or plea of the commission of any felony or of the commission of a misdemeanor related to the delivery of professional services or a moral turpitude;
