Automatic Re-Enrollment. The Contractor agrees that Eligible Persons who are disenrolled from the Contractor's plan due to loss of Medicaid eligibility and who regain eligibility within three (3) months will automatically be prospectively re-enrolled with the Contractor's plan, subject to availability of enrollment capacity in the plan.
