Common use of Automatic Re-Enrollment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Re-Enrollment. The Contractor agrees that Eligible, Persons who are disenrolled from the Contractor'▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇ue to loss of Medicaid eligibility and who regain eligibility WITHIN three (3) MONTHS will AUTOMATICALLY, be prospectively RE-ENROLLED with the Contractor's plan, subject to availability of enrollment capacity in the plan.
