Common use of Automatic Payment Clause in Contracts

Automatic Payment. Borrower has elected to authorize Lender to effect payment of sums due under this Note by means of debiting Borrower's account number 00611017387. This authorization shall not affect the obligation of Borrower to pay such sums when due, without notice, if there are insufficient funds in such account to make such payment in full on the due date thereof, or if Lender fails to debit the account.

Borrower has elected to authorize hereby authorizes the Lender to effect payment of sums due under this Note Agreement and the Notes by means of debiting the Borrower's principal checking account number 00611017387or any other account which Borrower may have with Lender subsequent to the date hereof. This authorization shall not affect the obligation of the Borrower to pay such sums when due, without notice, if there are insufficient funds in such account to make such payment payments in full on in the due date thereof, or if Lender fails to debit the accountaccount or accounts.
