AUTOMATIC PAYMENT SUBSCRIPTION MODEL. 13.1. Subscription and Automatic Payment Authorization. If opting into our Subscription Model ("Subscription"), you ("Client" or "Artist") agree to subscribe to the ongoing use of Leyline Technologies Inc.'s Services (the "Services") for a predefined subscription term, which shall be automatically renewed for subsequent terms of equal length unless you provide notice of cancellation as set forth herein. You hereby authorize automatic payment of the subscription fee (the "Subscription Fee") from your designated Payment Method at the beginning of each subscription term.
