Common use of AUTOMATIC DEDUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

AUTOMATIC DEDUCTIONS. Employer agrees to deduct from the wages of any employee who has voluntarily given it a signed authorization to do so such amounts as the employee may wish to have withheld for payment to a credit union and/or charitable or community service organization. Such withholdings, however, shall be subject to such limitations as the Employer payroll system and computer efficiency require.
