AUTOMATIC BINDING LIMITS. A. North American Re's share of automatic coverage shall be equal to an amount not exceeding the limits specified in Exhibit G of the Agreement to which this Addendum is attached. AMENDMENT NO. III To the Reinsurance Agreement Between THE LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY OF VIRGINIA And NORTH AMERICAN REASSURANCE COMPANY Except as hereinafter specified, all terms and conditions of the Reinsurance Agreement effective the 1st day of June, 1984, amendments and addenda attached thereto, shall apply, and this Amendment is to be attached to and made a part of the aforesaid Agreement. It is mutually agreed that effective the 1st day of January, 1992, ARTICLE XIX, DAC Tax, as follows, is added to the Agreement:
