Automatic Advancement Sample Clauses
The Automatic Advancement clause establishes a mechanism by which certain actions, payments, or processes proceed automatically without the need for additional approval or intervention once specified conditions are met. In practice, this might mean that a payment is released, a contract phase begins, or a party's rights or obligations are triggered as soon as a milestone is achieved or a deadline passes. This clause ensures efficiency and predictability by removing administrative delays, thereby reducing the risk of disputes or bottlenecks related to manual approvals or oversight.
Automatic Advancement. Failure to respond within the time limits shall entitle the grievant to automatically advance the grievance to the next step, if applicable.
