Automated Time Entry System. 11.9.1 The Medical Center uses an automated time entry system. As part of the automated time entry system, hours worked for pay purposes will be rounded to the nearest quarter hour. (Example: clocking in at 7:07 a.m. will be rounded to 7:00 a.m. for pay purposes; clocking in at 7:08 a.m. will be rounded to 7:15 a.m. for pay purposes.)
