Automated Services. The Software allows for periodic automated connections between your computer(s) and HP’s server, to enable you to receive and download updates; to maintain, improve and enhance your Use of the Software; and to evaluate additional information, features, functionality and potential future offerings related to the Software and your system, as well as to monitor and verify authorized Software Use. When these connections are opened, HP may also collect and aggregate certain data regarding your computer(s), specific configurations, web usage and system operations performed since the last connection, but will not gather or retain any specific personally identifiable information on individual operations, other than your IP Address, which is considered to be “personally identifiable information” in certain jurisdictions. Stratasys has no access to or control over any collection or use of this data. For more information regarding this automated feature, or to disconnect and reconfigure the Software to prevent automated connections, please contact HP Customer Service.

(ii) We will transmit remittance data to each customer in a mutually agreeable format on a daily basis. (iii) In the event a transmission cannot be received or we are unable to make a transmission, all processed remittance data will be held at the Bank until the problem has been rectified or until the parties have agreed upon another arrangement.

Related to Automated Services

  • Related Services Licensee shall be responsible for obtaining and installing all proper hardware and support software (including operating systems) and for proper installation and implementation of and training concerning the Licensed Software. In the event that Licensee retains Licensor to perform any services with respect to the Licensed Software (for example: installation, implementation, maintenance, consulting and/or training services), Licensee and Licensor agree that such services shall be subject to Licensor’s then current standard terms, conditions and rates for such services unless otherwise agreed in writing by Licensor.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Hosted Services We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Hosted Services you have purchased available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, except for: (a) planned downtime under our direct control (of which we shall give at least 8 hours notice via the Hosted Services and which we shall schedule to the extent practicable during the weekend hours from 6:00 p.m. Pacific time Friday to 3:00 a.m. Pacific time Monday), (b) to the extent we are notified by third party service providers of planned downtime (of which we shall provide such notice to you via the Hosted services as soon we can reasonably do so), or (c) any unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, acts of government, flood, fire, earthquakes, civil unrest, acts of terror, strikes or other labor problems, internet service or third party hosting provider failures or delays ("Force Majeure"). Hosted Services are provided in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations.

  • Pharmacy Services The Contractor shall establish a network of pharmacies. The Contractor or its PBM must provide at least two (2) pharmacy providers within thirty (30) miles or thirty (30) minutes from a member’s residence in each county, as well as at least two (2) durable medical equipment providers in each county or contiguous county.

  • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. We do not endorse any sites on the Internet that are linked through the Cloud Service; such links are provided to You and your Users only as a convenience. You must: (i) protect the secrecy of Your authorized user IDs and passwords; (ii) notify Us immediately of any unauthorized use of any user ID or password or any other known or suspected breach of security; and (iii) report to Us immediately and use reasonable efforts to stop any copying or distribution of content not authorized by Us. You agree that anyone who inputs a valid user ID and password will be deemed an appropriate User unless and until You notify Us otherwise in writing. Any individual User who has violated this Section may have its account suspended.

  • Web Services Our Web Services are designed to enable you to easily establish a presence on the Internet. Our Web Hosting and Design is composed of our Web Hosting and Design Publishing Component and other miscellaneous components. These components may be used independently or in conjunction with each other.

  • Diagnostic Services Procedures ordered by a recognized Provider because of specific symptoms to diagnose a specific condition or disease. Some examples include, but are not limited to:
