Automated Monitoring and Alerts Sample Clauses
The Automated Monitoring and Alerts clause establishes the requirement for continuous, technology-driven oversight of systems or processes, with automatic notifications triggered by predefined events or thresholds. In practice, this means that software tools or monitoring platforms are used to track performance, security, or compliance metrics, and stakeholders are promptly informed if anomalies, failures, or breaches occur. This clause ensures that issues are detected and communicated in real time, minimizing response times and reducing the risk of undetected problems.
