Common use of Auto Close Timeframes Clause in Contracts

Auto Close Timeframes. All BDT bookings are automatically closed without extras 12 hours after commencement time. For all jobs auto-closed by the system BDT will pay the Contractor in respect of each trip completed the relevant advertised price (inclusive of GST) displayed at the time the job is accepted by the Contractor through the Blue Diamond Driver App.
