Common use of Authorized User Clause in Contracts

Authorized User. “Authorized User” means the Customer, its clients, employees, borrowers, potential borrowers, third-party or other representatives who have been granted access to use the Software by Customer, all of whom has agreed to the terms of PreApp’s Required Terms, as specified in Section 3(b), regardless of whether or not the Authorized User actually accesses the Software.

Authorized User. “Authorized User” means the Customerany individual (e.g., its clientsan employee, employeescontractor, borrowerssubcontractor, potential borrowers, third-party agent or other representatives representative of Company) who have been granted access is designated by Company to receive or use the Software by Customer, all of whom has agreed to the terms of PreApp’s Required Terms, as specified in Section 3(b), regardless of whether or not the Authorized User actually accesses the SoftwareServices.

Authorized User. “Authorized User” means the Customerperson or persons (normally no more than 2 persons) identified to Recipes & Rotations as authorized persons to access the Online Services, its clients, employees, borrowers, potential borrowers, third-party and who act as representatives or other representatives agents of Subscriber and who have been granted access to use the Software by Customer, all of whom has agreed to the terms of PreAppare responsible for ensuring Subscriber’s Required Terms, as specified in Section 3(b), regardless of whether or not the Authorized User actually accesses the Softwarecompliance with Subscriber’s responsibilities and obligations under this Agreement.

Authorized User. “Authorized User” means the Customer, its clients, all authorized employees, borrowers, potential borrowers, third-party or other agents and representatives who of Client that have been granted rights to access to and use the Software by Customer, all of whom has agreed to the terms of PreAppServices on Client’s Required Terms, as specified in Section 3(b), regardless of whether or not the Authorized User actually accesses the Softwarebehalf.
