Common use of Authorized User Clause in Contracts

Authorized User. (s) means the individuals You authorize to access the Software, on Your behalf.

Authorized User. (s) means the individuals You authorize to access the Software, including Your employees or third parties that access the Software solely on Your behalfbehalf for Your internal operations.

Authorized User. (s). The authorized user(s) means shall be the individuals You authorize Software Provider’s Customer(s) and/or the Customer(s) authorized employees and/or agents or any person authorized by the Company to access use the Software, on Your behalfsystem for the purposes of their business.
