Common use of Authorized Use Clause in Contracts

Authorized Use. Student Data shared pursuant to this Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services and for the uses set forth in the Agreement and/or as otherwise legally permissible, including, without limitation, for adaptive learning or customized student learning. The foregoing limitation does not apply to any De-Identified Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”).

Authorized Use. Student Data shared pursuant to this Agreement, including persistent unique identifiers, shall be used for no purpose other than the Services and for the uses set forth in the Agreement and/or as otherwise legally permissible, including, without limitation, for adaptive learning or customized student learning. The foregoing limitation does not apply to any De-Identified Data (as defined in Exhibit “C”)Data.
