Common use of Authorized Persons Clause in Contracts

Authorized Persons. For purposes hereof, an Authorized Person shall be a person or entity authorized to give Instructions for or on behalf of the Fund by written notices to the Custodian or otherwise in accordance with procedures delivered to the Custodian. The Custodian may treat any Authorized Person as having full authority of the Fund to issue Instructions hereunder unless the notice of authorization contains explicit limitations as to said authority. The Custodian shall be entitled to rely upon the authority of Authorized Persons until it receives appropriate written notice from the Fund to the contrary.

Authorized Persons. For purposes hereof, an Authorized Person AUTHORIZED PERSON shall be a person or entity authorized to give Instructions for or on behalf of the Fund by written notices to the Custodian or otherwise in accordance with procedures delivered to and acknowledged by the Custodian, including without limitation the Fund's Investment Adviser or Foreign Custody Manager. The Custodian may treat any Authorized Person as having full authority of the Fund to issue Instructions hereunder unless the notice of authorization contains explicit limitations as to said authority. The Custodian shall be entitled to rely upon the authority of Authorized Persons until it receives appropriate written notice from the Fund to the contrary.

The Custodian may treat any Authorized Person as having the full authority of the Fund on behalf of a Portfolio to issue Instructions hereunder unless the notice of authorization contains explicit limitations as to said authority. The Custodian shall be entitled to rely upon the authority of Authorized Persons until it receives appropriate written notice from the Fund to the contrary.

The Custodian shall be entitled to rely upon the authority of Authorized Persons until it receives appropriate written notice an Instruction from the Fund Trust to the contrary.
