Common use of Authorized Investments Clause in Contracts

Authorized Investments. The assets that may be held in the Trust Account shall consist only of Authorized Investments. The Reinsurer shall, in accordance with Section 5.7(a), provide to the Ceding Company a quarterly report listing each asset in the Trust Account and the Fair Market Value and Book Value of each such asset as of the end of the relevant calendar quarter and certify that each such asset is an Authorized Investment. For the purpose of valuing assets in the Trust Account, the Parties agree that the definition of Fair Market Value set forth herein shall apply to the determination of “Fair Market Value” under the Trust Agreement.
