Authorized Instructions. (a) Where Northern is required under this Agreement (or otherwise agrees) to act on instructions from the Fund, or any party authorized by the Fund, Northern shall do so upon receipt of Authorized Instructions which may be standing Authorized Instructions. Any Authorized Instructions given to Northern shall bind the Fund.
