Authorized Individuals. The Project Operator agrees and acknowledges that the individual or individuals signing this Agreement are authorized to sign this Agreement on behalf of the Project Operator.
Authorized Individuals. Licensee’s contractors and subcontractors may submit individual permit applications to City on Licensee’s behalf, so long as the permit applications are signed by individuals that Licensee has authorized to act on its behalf via a letter of authorization provided to City in the form attached as Exhibit A (“Authorized Individuals”). City will accept permit applications under this Agreement submitted and signed by Authorized Individuals, and will treat those applications as if they had been submitted by Licensee under this Agreement.

All individuals that will be physically present in the Program, Exhibit or community areas during the Event Dates are required to be in possession of a Program Pass and visibly wearing a Badge issued by Management. Passes and Badges may not be shared between individuals. In the event that Exhibitor plans to have additional individuals on-site during the Exhibit Dates, the number of which exceed the Passes provided as part of the package purchased, Exhibitor agrees to notify Management and make arrangement for purchase of additional passes at the published prices at least 72 hours prior to their arrival at the Venue. Upon arrival at the Venue, all individuals will be required to check in at the Program Desk/Office to receive a Badge to be visibly worn at all times while in the Program Areas .

Each Data Recipient represents and warrants that it will not allow an Individual that it has classified as a “Marketing Function Employee,” as defined in 18 C.F.R. §358.3(d) (2017), as may be amended from time-to-time, to have access to Confidential Information. Before providing an Individual with access to Confidential Information, Data Recipient shall obtain the Individual’s signature on the Individual Certificate set forth in Exhibit A.
Authorized Individuals. Each party has provided the other party with a list identifying the individuals from whom the other party is authorized to accept any notices, requests, demands, or other advice which may be given hereunder by the party providing such list. Lists, which are attached hereto as Attachment_ , shall be valid until revoked or amended by further written notice. The parties shall only be entitled to rely on notices, requests, demands, or other advice given by such individuals.
Authorized Individuals. The individuals executing this Agreement represent and warrant that they are authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of the party for whom they sign as of the date specified above.
Authorized Individuals. (a) Workato shall limit access to Personal Data to only Authorized Individuals, and shall ensure that all Authorized Individuals are made aware of the confidential nature of Personal Data, have conducted regular training (at least annually) with respect to the protection of Personal Data, and have executed confidentiality agreements no less protective than the terms in the Agreement.
(b) Workato will be liable for any violations of this DPA by its Authorized Individuals to the same extent that it would have been had it violated this DPA itself.
Authorized Individuals.
(a) Workato shall take commercially reasonable steps to limit access to Personal Data to only Authorized Individuals.
(b) Workato shall ensure that all Authorized Individuals are made aware of the confidential nature of Personal Data and have executed confidentiality agreements.
