Authorized Individuals. The Project Operator agrees and acknowledges that the individual or individuals signing this Agreement are authorized to sign this Agreement on behalf of the Project Operator.
Authorized Individuals. The Exhibitor Representative designated by Exhibitor on Page 1 of this agreement will serve as the Primary Contact who will have charge of the Exhibit and assigned Space. Exhibitor agrees that said Representative is the only person authorized to represent Exhibitor in transactions relative to the exhibit. In the event that the Representative is not available, Exhibitor agrees to provide Management with another authorized Representative within 24 hours; or if the Program has already started, within 2 hours. All individuals that will be physically present in the Program, Exhibit or community areas during the Event Dates are required to be in possession of a Program Pass and visibly wearing a Badge issued by Management. Passes and Badges may not be shared between individuals. In the event that Exhibitor plans to have additional individuals on-site during the Exhibit Dates, the number of which exceed the Passes provided as part of the package purchased, Exhibitor agrees to notify Management and make arrangement for purchase of additional passes at the published prices at least 72 hours prior to their arrival at the Venue. Upon arrival at the Venue, all individuals will be required to check in at the Program Desk/Office to receive a Badge to be visibly worn at all times while in the Program Areas .
Authorized Individuals a. Ongoing compliance with the Policy
Authorized Individuals. (List individual(s) authorized to act on behalf of the account for UGMA, Trust, Corporation, Partnership, Estate, Profit Sharing, Pension, Defined Benefit and Other.)
Authorized Individuals. Data Recipient shall provide access to Confidential Information only to its employees or contractors (“Individuals”) that are assigned to represent the Data Recipient on the Workgroup and direct supervisors of such Individuals. Each Data Recipient represents and warrants that it will not allow an Individual that it has classified as a “Marketing Function Employee,” as defined in 18 C.F.R. §358.3(d) (2017), as may be amended from time-to-time, to have access to Confidential Information. Before providing an Individual with access to Confidential Information, Data Recipient shall obtain the Individual’s signature on the Individual Certificate set forth in Exhibit A.
Authorized Individuals. Each party has provided the other party with a list identifying the individuals from whom the other party is authorized to accept any notices, requests, demands, or other advice which may be given hereunder by the party providing such list. Lists, which are attached hereto as Attachment_ , shall be valid until revoked or amended by further written notice. The parties shall only be entitled to rely on notices, requests, demands, or other advice given by such individuals.

Recipients should take care to report the number that identifies the recipient's name and address exactly as stated in the proposal. The DUNS is a 9-digit number assigned by Xxx and Bradstreet Information Services. If the recipient does not have a DUNS number, the recipient should call Xxx and Bradstreet directly at 0-000-000-0000. A DUNS number will be provided immediately by telephone at no charge to the recipient. The recipient should be prepared to provide the following information: Recipient’s name. Recipient’s address. Recipient's telephone number. Line of business. Chief executive officer/key manager. Date the organization was started. Number of people employed by the recipient. Company affiliation. Recipients located outside the United States may email Dun and Bradstreet at xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxx.xxx to obtain the location and phone number of the local Dun and Bradstreet Information Services office. The DUNS system is distinct from the Federal Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) system. DUNS: N/A
Authorized Individuals. DivergeIT will select the most qualified engineer to perform the services under this Agreement. Customer shall have the right to reasonably reject or request a change of the DivergeIT engineer selected to perform the services under this Agreement.
Authorized Individuals. 23.1 Each Party shall appoint one or more Authorized Individual(s), and shall ensure that at all times one or more Authorized Individuals are functioning and able to perform the activities of an Authorized Individual on its behalf.
Authorized Individuals. Licensee’s contractors and subcontractors may submit individual permit applications to City on Licensee’s behalf, so long as the permit applications are signed by individuals that Licensee has authorized to act on its behalf via a letter of authorization provided to City in the form attached as Exhibit A (“Authorized Individuals”). City will accept permit applications under this Agreement submitted and signed by Authorized Individuals, and will treat those applications as if they had been submitted by Licensee under this Agreement provided that the application conforms to all applicable sections of Title VI, Chapter 115 of the Code of Ordinances, as amended.
