Authorized Individuals. (a) Workato shall take commercially reasonable steps to limit access to Personal Data to only Authorized Individuals. (b) Workato shall ensure that all Authorized Individuals are made aware of the confidential nature of Personal Data and have executed confidentiality agreements.
