Authorized and Issued Capital of TLP. To the knowledge of Xxxx Canada and BCE (each as to its own knowledge only), TLP is authorized to issue an unlimited number of Class A Units, an unlimited number of Class B Units, an unlimited number of Class C Units, an unlimited number of Class D Units and an unlimited number of Class E Units. To the knowledge of Xxxx Canada and BCE (each as to its own knowledge only), as of the date hereof, there are a total of 56,575,000 Class A Units, 32,707,451 Class B Xxxxx, 0 Class C Unit and no Class D Units or Class E Units issued and outstanding.

  • Capital of the Company Except as expressly provided for in this Agreement, no Member shall be entitled to withdraw or receive any interest or other return on, or return of, all or any part of its Capital Contribution, or to receive any Company Assets (other than cash) in return for its Capital Contribution. The Class A Member shall not be entitled to make a Capital Contribution to the Company except as expressly authorized or required by this Agreement.
