Common use of Authorized Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Authorized Affiliates. The parties agree that, by executing the DPA, the Customer enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliate(s), thereby establishing a separate DPA between Okta and each such Authorized Affiliate, subject to the provisions of the Agreement. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Service by Authorized Affiliate(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation thereof by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Authorized Affiliates. The parties agree that, by executing the DPA, the Customer Subscriber enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliate(s), thereby establishing a separate DPA between Okta Higher Logic and each such Authorized Affiliate, subject to the provisions of the Agreement. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Service by Authorized Affiliate(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation thereof by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by CustomerSubscriber.

The parties agree that, by executing the DPA, the Customer Epicor enters into the DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliate(s), thereby establishing a separate DPA between Okta Vendor and each such Authorized Affiliate, subject to the provisions of the Agreement. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, Agreement and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Service by Authorized Affiliate(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation thereof by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by CustomerEpicor.

Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Service by Authorized Affiliate(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation thereof by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by CustomerCompany.

Authorized Affiliates. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA andDPA, and to the extent applicable, the AgreementUnderlying Agreement(s). An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the AgreementUnderlying Agreement(s), and is only a party to the this DPA. All access to and use of the Service Services by Authorized Affiliate(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement Underlying Agreement(s) and any violation thereof by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Service Services by Authorized Affiliate(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation thereof by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Authorized Affiliates. An Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, and is only a party to the DPA. All access to and use of the Service Services by Authorized Affiliate(s) must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and any violation thereof by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.

Authorized Affiliates. 14.1 The parties acknowledge and agree that, by executing the DPAAgreement, the Customer enters into the this DPA on behalf of itself and, as applicable, in the name and on behalf of its Authorized Affiliate(s)Affiliates, thereby establishing a separate DPA between Okta AAI and each such Authorized Affiliate, Affiliate subject to the provisions of the Agreement. Each Authorized Affiliate agrees to be bound by the obligations under this DPA and, to the extent applicable, the Agreement. An For the avoidance of doubt, an Authorized Affiliate is not and does not become a party to the Agreement, Agreement and is only a party to the this DPA. All access to and use of the Service Services by Authorized Affiliate(s) Affiliates must comply with the terms and conditions of the Agreement and DPA and any violation thereof of the terms and conditions of the Agreement or DPA by an Authorized Affiliate shall be deemed a violation by Customer.
