Authorization to Perform Work. The purchase order issued by the New Mexico Department of Transportation is the official document that authorizes the Contractor to perform work. No work shall be performed on a project until a purchase order has been issued to the contractor. Task orders submitted by the Project Manager to the Contractor describing the type and limits of the work are only estimates and do not authorize the Contractor to perform any work. Prior to commencement of any work the Contractor shall have been issued a task order describing the work and a purchase order issued by the New Mexico Department of Transportation.
Authorization to Perform Work. 4.1. Design Build Entity shall not commence Work until Judicial Council issues a Notice to Proceed. Judicial Council will not be obligated to compensate Design Build Entity for Work performed prior to Judicial Council’s issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
4.2. Judicial Council retains the right to terminate this Agreement for convenience at any time, in accordance with the General Conditions.
Authorization to Perform Work. By signing below, I authorize EVIO to perform all requested work utilizing the most appropriate methods as deemed necessary by EVIO unless otherwise negotiated and documented in writing.
Authorization to Perform Work. Prior to and at all times during performance of work, Subcontractor shall secure and maintain all licenses and governmental approvals necessary for or applicable to its performance of said work.
