Authorization to Modify Restrictions. Executive acknowledges that the restrictions contained in this Agreement are reasonable, but agrees that if a court having proper jurisdiction holds a particular restriction unreasonable, that restriction shall be modified to the extent necessary in the opinion of such court to make it reasonable, and that the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall nonetheless remain in full force and effect.
