Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Employee authorizes the Company or any Affiliate of the Company that has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Employee to divulge or transfer such personal data to the Company or to a third party, in each case in any jurisdiction, if and to the extent reasonably appropriate in connection with this Agreement or the administration of the Plan.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Participant authorizes any Affiliate of the Company that employs the Participant or that otherwise has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Participant to divulge such personal data to the Company if and to the extent appropriate in connection with this Award Agreement or the administration of the Plan.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Associate authorizes any Affiliate of the Company that employs the Associate or that otherwise has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Associate to divulge or transfer such personal data to the Company or to a third party, in each case in any jurisdiction, if and to the extent appropriate in connection with this Agreement or the administration of the Plan.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Grantee authorizes any affiliate of the Company that has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Grantee to divulge or transfer such personal data to the Company or to a third party, in each case in any jurisdiction, if and to the extent necessary or appropriate in connection with this Agreement or the administration of the Plan.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Director authorizes any Affiliate of the Company to which the Director serves on the Board or that otherwise has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Director to divulge or transfer such personal data to the Company or to a third party, in each case in any jurisdiction, if and to the extent appropriate in connection with this Agreement or the administration of the Plan.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Optionee authorizes the Company and any Affiliate of the Company that employs the Optionee or that otherwise has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Optionee to divulge or transfer such personal data to the Company or to a third party, in each case in any jurisdiction, if and to the extent appropriate in connection with this Agreement or the administration of the Plan.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Employee authorizes the Company or any Affiliate of the Company that has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Employee to divulge or transfer such personal data to the Company or to a third party, in each case in any jurisdiction, if and to the extent reasonably appropriate in connection with this Agreement or the administration of the Plan. Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Participant understands that the Company, and/or its Affiliates hold certain personal information about the Participant, including but not limited to the Participant’s name, home address, telephone number, date of birth, national social security or social insurance number, salary, nationality, job title, and details of all Common Shares granted, cancelled, vested, unvested, or outstanding (the “Personal Data”). Certain Personal Data may also constitute “Sensitive Personal Data” within the meaning of applicable local law. Such data include but are not limited to Personal Data and any changes thereto, and other appropriate personal and financial data about the Participant. The Participant hereby provides express consent to the Company and/or its Affiliates to collect, hold, and process any such Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data. The Participant also hereby provides express consent to the Company and/or its Affiliates to transfer any such Personal Data and Sensitive Personal Data outside the country in which the Participant is employed or retained, including the United States. The legal persons for whom such Personal Data are intended are the Company, its Affiliates and any company providing services to the Company or its Affiliates in connection with the administration of the Plan. The Participant has been informed of the Participant’s right to access and correct the Participant’s Personal Data by applying to the Company’s Human Resources Department.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. The Executive authorizes the Company or any Affiliate of the Company that has or lawfully obtains personal data relating to the Executive to divulge or transfer such personal data to the Company or to a third party, in each case in any jurisdiction, if and to the extent reasonably appropriate in connection with this Agreement or the administration of the Plan.
Authorization to Share Personal Data. By accepting the opportunity topurchase Shares pursuant to this Agreement, the Purchaser agrees to permit the Company and its Affiliates to process personal data and sensitive personal data about the Purchaser in connection therewith. Such data includes, but is not limited to, the information provided in connection with this Agreement and any changes thereto, other appropriate personal and financial data, and information about the Purchaser’s participation in the equity incentive plans of the Company and its Affiliates (collectively, “Personal Data”). The Purchaser consents to each and any of the Company and its Affiliates processing and transferring any Personal Data outside the country in which the Purchaser works or is employed to the United States and any other third countries. The legal persons for whom Personal Data is intended include the Company and its Affiliates, the Committee and the Board, any administrator selected from time to time to administer equity incentive plans of the Company and its Affiliates, and any other person or entity that the Company, the Committee or the Board involves in the administration of such plans. Each of the Company and its Affiliates will take all reasonable measures to keep Personal Data confidential and accurate. The Purchaser can access and correct his or her Personal Data by contacting his or her human resources representative.
