Authorization to File Financing Statements, Etc. Pursuant to any applicable law, the Pledgor authorizes the Agent to file or record financing statements and other filing or recording documents or instruments with respect to the Collateral without the further signature or consent of the Pledgor in such form and in such offices as the Agent determines appropriate to perfect the security interests of the Agent under this Agreement.
