Authorization Form Deduction. Each employee will execute a written authorization form as set out in Appendix B, and upon receipt of such authorization form, Citizens Bank of Canada agrees to deduct regular monthly dues from the gross wages of each such employee in the bargaining unit.
Authorization Form Deduction. All employees, both present and future, must authorize Vancity in writing, on a form to deduct initiation fees, dues and assessments from their wages monthly and to transmit the monies so collected to the Union together with a list of employees from whom such deductions have been made, and the amount so deducted from each employee. All amounts so deducted shall be certified by the Union to be in effect in accordance with the Union's bylaws.
